pranayama is the science of controlled, conscious expansion of prana ( life-force energy. Through specific breathing techniques and the physical expansion of the lungs. It has immerse therapeutic benefits in a wide range of psychosomatic disorders such as hypertension, asthma, panic attacks and general stress related problems. Pranayama explores the many ways of opening and expanding the lungs to maximise oxygen flow to the bloodstream. These sessions can bring about powerful change, especially in clients working with easing anxiety. The session begins with some gentle movement, then an appropriate breath pattern for the clients needs, followed by a relaxing guided mediation
